What is your return policy?  

At Suntra, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that certain items, such as used sunglasses or clearance items marked as "Final Sale," cannot be returned.

 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes approximately 8-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

 

Do you offer international shipping?  

Currently, Suntra only ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping at this time. Customers outside the US are encouraged to check back for updates regarding future shipping options.
